Notes Regarding Reserving Rooms & Meals

Reservations are made separately by attendees through Guest Services at (920) 294-3323. Note that any portion of our block of rooms not reserved for individuals by Saturday April 1, 2023 may be released and available to anyone.

A deposit is due by individuals at time of reservation. Individuals are responsible for making reservations, for their room, food and other charges. Reservations made after Thursday May 18, 2023 will be charged our standard meal rate below, which is $2 more per person/meal.

Please register early as we cannot guarantee that GLCC can provide meals for any guests who register within 3 business days before the start of the conference.

The conference begins on Friday after lunch, but if you wish, you can arrive and stay on Thursday, June 1, 2023 and take advantage of dinner service and Friday breakfast and lunch.  The last meal served will be breakfast on Sunday, June 4, 2023.  For Thursday Arrivals, the total for all meals is $112/person and for Friday Arrivals, $70/person.

There are two room styles — one with 2 Queen beds or another with a Queen bed and 2 twin beds.  Both are $118 per night ($108 for Thursday night) for one or two people per night.  If you add additional adults to your room, you can do so for an additional $15 per person. There are no additional charges for children under the age of 21 staying in the room with parents. 

There is a $5 per day Facility Fee for meeting attendees not staying overnight on grounds. 

Medical or Preference Dietary Needs
Medical or preference dietary needs can usually be accommodated by what is offered on the GLCC menu. All meals are served buffet-style with varying options Every lunch and dinner includes a salad bar, two entrées, vegetables, bread, peanut butter, jelly, hot and cold beverages, and dessert. Breakfast options usually include an egg dish, potato, breakfast meat, griddle option, oatmeal, cold cereal, fruit and/or yogurt. 

GLCC will provide alternative meals to guests with the following dietary needs:

     Gluten (allergy to gluten products)
     Dairy (allergy to dairy products; almond milk is available upon request)
     Egg (allergy to egg products)
     Nut (allergy to peanut or tree nut products)
     Vegetarian 
 
If you need alternative meals due to one or more of the above, complete the Medical Dietary Request Form two weeks prior to your arrival date. Communication is important to ensure we receive accurate information and have time to prepare. Last minute requests may not be accommodated. 

If you require a more restrictive diet, you are encouraged to bring your own prepared food for meals and snacks. GLCC will refrigerate and warm prepared items you bring. Advance arrangements are necessary for this and can be done by contacting JuliaLewallen@glcc.org. They do not offer meals for children and adults with life-threatening allergies

The facility contains wheat, gluten, lactose, eggs, soy, shellfish, peanuts, and tree nuts. The kitchen is not gluten-free, so cross contamination with gluten is possible. GLCC does not cook with peanuts, but is not a peanut/tree nut-free facility. Breads, baked goods, desserts, ice cream, etc. may have all been processed in a facility with nuts.
